"I have lived here for a year and a half in a renovated unit and everything falls apart. My dryer hasn’t worked properly for months even though they have come out 3 times and “fixed” it. I live on a bottom unit and during the summer there was a leak from the upstairs unit that flooded my bathroom and left water damage. I called maintenance and the emergency maintenance lines and it took them 3 DAYS to come out meanwhile I had to put totes and buckets all over to catch the water coming from my ceiling. People walk around with their dogs not on a leash and don’t pick up their dog feces it’s so unsanitary. I have tried sending my notice of lease termination 3 times and still haven’t heard anything but god forbid you’re late on your rent by a day or 2 and they’re blowing up your phone. Ever since new management has taken over it has sucked. Don’t move here."

"Moved into the complex in June of this year and regret it. When I moved in, our dishwasher did not work and our mailbox slot’s door was completely ripped off. It took over 2.5 months of constantly reaching out and nagging the office to do something about the dishwasher and mailbox door. The complex stated they ordered the new dishwasher twice during this process, turns out they did not, of course. They ordered the wrong mailbox door as well, so we did not receive mail for 3 months. I can’t imagine what would happen in case of an emergency- we would be screwed. Now, their makeshift structure around the dumpster has damaged my brand new car. It has taken over a month to receive the proper steps from management. Received a call today from one of their supervisors basically telling me to stop contacting the office bc they can’t do anything to help, only the insurance company (when my insurance is insistent they need to take the next steps). I am giving up completely to avoid the headache of working with their staff. What a poor excuse for management and leasing company. I cannot wait to move out once our lease is up. Long story short, don’t live here. EDIT: I find it hilarious that Ridgeline responded to this review on the same day I posted it. I have only ever reached their voicemail when calling the office and the staff takes more than ample time to respond to emails (after multiple outreach attempts). So no, I will not be “stopping in” just to be met with a locked office door and a sign that has been up for over 2 months saying “staff is out to lunch!”. Such a joke."

"Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else. We leased here last year and since they’ve changed management it’s been awful. Mackenzie is a joke. And the Maintence guys aren’t on top of anything. We’ve had a leak in our 2nd story living room for well over a month and holes in the ceiling and soft and bubbly on our entire living room ceiling. The last property managers were 100000000 times better. Definitely getting my attorney involved and getting out of this place ASAP."

"Lived here for the past year and in the last month we had a huge leak from our ceiling in the middle of our living room, Maintence came the next day to handle it and left holes in our ceiling. A day later the property management company changed, I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times through email and phone about resigning my lease & our leak issue and my boyfriend has called and left voicemails too with no response. They new management is terrible with communication. Right now I am debating resigning our lease and moving. Would not recommend. We have had a leaky living room ceiling on the second floor and water stains all over the walls. Hopefully they can deal with this before it turns to mold."
