"Our experience at Woodridge Apartments in Arvada was excellent. Property manager is extremely caring and attentive to our questions or needs. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Other tenants in our building were good neighbors. Great location, walking distance to everything we needed and access to major streets for driving was very convenient. We highly recommend Woodridge Apartments at 5340 Carr Street in Arvada, Colorado!!"

"Move here If you want to hear every conversation your upstairs neighbors have. And if you like listening to the sounds of them using the bathroom, you’re in luck. You can hear it from your bathroom AND your bedroom. Updates look nice, but they’re really cheap. Laundry facilities are poor, one washer and dryer per building, and you usually have to run the dryer for extra time to dry everything. At $1.75 per wash, and $1.75-2.50 per dry it adds up. Pool is really old and always dirty during the summer. If you’re broke and don’t have a lot of options, it’s suitable. If you can spend a little more, do that."

"No change machines for only one coin-operated washer and dryer for each building, but the rent is fair and things are clean and safe. The updated units are great and the manager seems very nice!"
