"I love living here at Ralston Park Apartments. They keep up the grounds and the buildings amazingly. The management team and maintenance team is the best. They are always doing something fun for the residents weather it's a Saturday morning breakfast meet & greet or a monthly competition (best balcony or first to pay rent type games where you can win monies towards the rent) I highly recommend being apart of this community. It's quit and peaceful here ❤️"

"The staff here has been incredible. From calling with questions about leasing to my move in date. Nicole was my leasing agent and was so friendly and warm. She was very sweet and welcoming to my daughter ad well! The residents I have met so far have litterally stopped to introduce themselves and WELCOME me and my family! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the maintenance guys are super friendly and really fast to respond. The pool is gorgeous. This is definitely home and I am so glad I found it!!! You should definitely rent here! Very affordable as well!"

"I feel very over due for writing this! I had no idea how 'spoiled' I was living at Ralston Park until after I moved out. If you're looking for a quiet, affordable, family-like staff and well-kept property then this is it! I only lived here for a year and wish that I renewed my lease to stay. The maintenance team was ALWAYS so fast and knew what they were doing. Super friendly and always made sure the grounds were clean - which was really appreciated especially in the winter. Their summer landscaping team was also really great last year and I hope that's still true! I also loved how well-lit the parking lots were at night and I think it helped deter car break-ins that I'm experiencing now at my new place unfortunately. Angie in the office was always very understanding and helpful and I can't thank her enough for making sure I had a good experience here. These apartments are probably the most affordable you'll find in the area and even though they're not that 'modern', I think they're totally worth it. Trails and parks super close by, groceries and restaurants down the street, pool/basketball/sand volleyball/kids playground on campus - what more could you need? Seriously - rent here!"
