"I've lived here 5 years. The maintenance dept has historically had many issues in keeping up with service requests. But, in the past few months, we've seen a real effort to catch up, keep up and respond quickly. Jonathan was proactive in letting me know the schedule. Listened to what I explained. Fixed what needed fixing and went on to his next job. No complaints at all about current maintenance. They've made huge improvements, imho."

"Just signed another year lease because we love it here at sky village and Arvada in general! This place may not appear fancy or have outrageous extras like pet spas *giggle* but let me assure you it is obvious the owners love and care for the property by how everything is kept up -from grass and tree trimming to trash and updates when needed like the new tiled pool update underway. I love that this is a smaller, tight knit community with no loud disrespectful ruckus or vandalism like some places you rent. The property manager Sasha is always on top of things like maintenance requests or questions and other staff is always kind and responsive as well and are kind enough to call when you have a package at the office. Jessie the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and friendly and thorough in his work. But maybe my favorite thing is location to everything you could need within a fifteen minute radius from parks and Rec across the street, grocery across the other street and places like Target Walmart, Home Depot, costco, and so much more. Location, quiet, clean, great neighborhood and management.. rent here!!"

"Where to begin. This place is very quite tidy community and affordable for the location. Personally where I moved from in the south Hampden area, this place is a sanctuary. The apartment I first moved into was awesome, it was a 3rd floor and where my apartment was located I had a wonderful Mountain view, as well as during 4th of July the fireworks where within arms reach it felt like. You can always observe a baseball game from across the street. The complex is tidy and well groomed, as well as the trash comes regularly so their is never a build up at the dumpsters. Personally I have NEVER observed crazy neighbors all around the complex, it is kept quiet for the families that live here. The complex has a nice playground for the kids and I feel safe letting them play in the courtyard on the playground. Sasha keeps up with apartment inspections. The few times I have called for the maintenance man Sasha the manager has sent him out to fix something. As well as I have seen Sasha personally pick up trash and put it in the dumpster, which to me is a sign of a caring property management. She was the person who moved us in the first time and when the time came and a bigger unit was available I was notified and was eligible for a unit transfer. I couldn’t be more happy with her cheerful attitude each time I go into the office. Each of the ladies in the office have a been a pleasure too. Calling me each time I have a package delivered… all around my experience going on 2 years here has been very pleasant and I highly recommend anyone to rent here that likes a small, quite, and relaxing atmosphere and community."

"Since I've moved in and even before I did this place has been amazing. The office staff is amazing and very nice, also he explains everything in a very professional way. The manager I meet with always had a smile on her face and was also very professional. The office is always clean just like the property and the grass stays cut. The residents clean up after themselves and it's really peaceful and quiet. No cops or disturbances on the property, I just love it here! I plan to stay for a long time due to the customer service they offer and community they have. Five stars for sure!"
