"I’ve lived here for about six months and, for the most part, it’s been good. The move-in process was super smooth and Danisha (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) was so kind and friendly. There was a ton of snow this winter and the staff did their best to keep up with it. I have had some recurring issues with noise and smoke odors, as well as noticing that parking policies are generally not enforced. I’ve also discovered a few cosmetic issues inside my apartment that I did not notice initially the longer I’ve been here: cracking/peeling up linoleum in the kitchen, unfinished paint job (especially around light fixtures), a couple of cracks in the walls and trim that have just been painted over rather than repaired, etc. None of these things make it unlivable but if I am paying this much for rent it would have been nice to have had them taken care of before moving in. They would be easy fixes and would improve the look of the place. Overall, it’s a decent place to live for a single person or couple. Thanks to the staff for all you do!"

"Place smelled disgusting, third floor apartment, only way to describe smell was moldy and musty cigarettes. Very poor air quality, wouldn’t be surprised if there is mold. Would not move back here. But if you can look past the mold and smell, at least the front office staff is friendly."
