La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport

"Warning!! Go anywhere else!! Worst staff ever!! Rude mean and inept. Never greets or smiles to anyone!! Couldn't find my reservation charged me and a month still fighting to get my refund now dealing with Wyndham corporate customer care. Asked for housekeeping twice never got it during my 6 night stay!! Waited over an hr for a hairdryer called desk twice but finally had to stop a housekeeper in the hallway myself. Sidewalks or parking lots never salted watch your step! Manager never on site. Staff doesn't know how to do anything no help!! I work at a hotel myself and despite calling to confirm my reservation, at check in they still couldn't find it!! Seems cheese are recurring issues at this hotel save yourself the headaches and run to a better place!"

"I travel a lot for work and this is usually where I stay the rooms are usually clean and comfortable. However no matter who the shuttle driver is for some reason they think it’s their mobile club. Blaring the radio last thing I think most people want after a long flight or early flight out is that nonsense. Drivers need to realize when they have passengers it’s not about them it’s about the comfort of the passengers. Seems to be the trend with most anchorage shuttle drivers no customer service skills at all."

"Clean but only one of many outlets worked. The rest were too worn out to hold any plugs to not fall out by themselves. I thought I was the only one experiencing double charge problems. I saw a series of people getting angry and/or even walking out on their prepaid reservations because of the same problem while I was going through my emails on a sofa to find the solution."

"We had a great stay Here at the La Quinta. Definitely a Pet friendly hotel as we brought our cats along with us. The only downside was the breakfest. The food was cold besides the waffles we cooked."

"Nice small hotel. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and up-to-date. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I didn't try the included breakfast, but it smelled good."
