"My one night stay here was greeted by a helpful shuttle driver from the airport that not only saved me cab fair, but insisted on loading up my luggage for me! There is a restaurant in the hotel, due to insane amounts of snow made both dinner and breakfast accounted for. The ever so friendly bar host named Steve kept me entertained during my meal telling me stories about the old days of anchorage as it was my first time in Alaska as a whole! My room was nice and clean, bed fresh and smelt surprisingly good. The bathroom were also nice and clean, and they come with full sized body wash and shampoo. I had a great bedside view of the snowy mountains. Highly Recommended!"

"I loved this hotel it was very clean and the staff was really nice, they have a free breakfast with the purchase of the room and the food was great there. And the staff was happy to remake my food for me after messing up on my food that had an allergen in it. I would definitely be back!"

"Never will we stay again our beds were made but they were never washed a large pee stain was still in the middle of the bed. It was as if no one even bothered to look under the sheets! They moved us to a new room at 10pm my son was already sleeping in the other bed by the time we noticed ours. They gave us nothing off and didn't bother to do anything for what we had just seen. Absolutely disgusting and horrible service"

"Double booked my room so a family walked in while i was asleep around 11:30pm. So i went and talked to the front desk who acted like it was my fault. To add to my frustration by giving away my room they deactivated my cards and i had to return to the front desk to have them reactivated."

"One of the nicer hotels in Anchorage. Well priced. Has pool and hotub available. We always ask for a "quiet room" near an elevator. You can do this in your booking. The staff is very attentive to requests. We have stayed multiple times."
