"This was a great place to stay. The front desk guys were very helpful for us tired and freezing TX guests arriving in the middle of the night. I want to especially mention Janice from reception who was always there to answer questions, went above and beyond to adress every concern, help us with lots of useful information and tips and point us in the right direction where to go get a bite to eat, to get souvenirs at any odd hour. She truly made us feel like home away from home. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the guys making our omelettes and pancakes were great and patient when we ordered, made great suggestions and starting the day with a good hearty breakfast made this stay all the more perfect."

"Rooms are very well appointed, clean and not cluttered at all... The only complaint is the 4 creamers and 5 packets of sugar provided in the room for morning coffee.. will stop at the front desk to procure more... Very centrally located in Los Anchorage so it doesn't take long to get where you are looking to go and back again... Don't forget the Managers Happy Hour when you can ask for and get a token for a free drink at the Bar.... The breakfast is amazing, they have a Buffett to get scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausages and toast among the other Continental Style items. There is also a Chef to make omelets, pancakes, and Waffles... Highly recommend."

"Every aspect of this hotel is well thought out from decor to service. The only reason we’re leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking lot is not maintained at all. We are Alaska residents and the ice build up was slippery and dangerous. The mounds were bad enough out that our suv scraped going in and out of parking spaces. Food was good, the bar was great, it was just a shame the parking lot wasn’t salted or maintained."

"We had to travel for a medical appointment, this was a clean and safe place for our family. The customer service was excellent and the room was very clean. My children especially loved the pool and the fountain in the front lobby. Our only criticism is that the beds could be better quality, not very comfortable."
