"Was happy when I first moved in almost two years ago... But since then... Well... On 1/2/2024 my unit was flooded from a broken master pipe behind a locked door... Flood was first thing in the morning and almost half of my unit was flooded and unusable... Property management didn't have any communication with me, didn't show any care when I called asking about temp housing while loud and very hot fans were drying my carpets for SEVEN full days (raising my electric bill like crazy) my kid couln't use his room and we could not use our living room because of the fans and wet carpets. The managers refused to temp rehome us, said it was totally acceptable for us to live in our house. My child, myself, our dog and cat, were all confined to my room for SEVEN days to escape the loud and hot fans. The property managers have not followed up with me on anything, have not called for any updates, did not notify my neighbor about enter their unit to clean up (neighbor was out of town and had to call me for details of why her unit was destroyed). Been living here for almost two years, and so not happy with lack of care... Maintenance is amazing!!!"

"Cheap, and it shows. My carpets were never cleaned before I moved in, the appliances are garbage, stains on the bathroom ceiling and walls, water in my building has had issues 2-3 times in the less than two years I’ve lived here, and it's expensive to do laundry. But that's not really why you shouldn't live here. I had two hit and runs in the parking lot, and then my car was broken into (busted window). All within 19 months. Community Director Samantha could not have cared less. The break-in was the last straw for me. Once I was finally able to talk to her (a whole other issue) I asked to be let out of my lease ONE MONTH EARLY, and she refused. There are no cameras, and there is heavy pedestrian traffic through the parking lot by people that don't live in the complex. I've lived many places, some not great, some okay, some good, and I've never bothered leaving a review. Do yourself a favor, and find another place to live."

"Greenbriar was my first apartment over 10 years ago so when the opportunity to rent again came up, I didn't hesitate to look into renting with them again. I love the proximity to the dog park, trails, hospitals, and really anything. The office staff is helpful and very kind. My dog died recently and Greenbriar sent me flowers. Their compassion was way beyond what I ever expected. I moved into a bigger apartment halfway through my original lease and the transfer process was quick and simple. The apartments are quiet and the neighbors are great. While the apartments could use some updating, it's not something that effects my health and safety. This is really a great place to stay."
