"I loved living at Arctic Sun! Charity, Eddie and Kenia are a great team. Thank you for making me and my boys feel so at home."
"My apartment is wonderful; it receives plenty of sunlight, has spacious interiors, and shares only one wall with neighboring units. All appliances are in excellent condition, and whenever I had an issue with the dishwasher, it was promptly replaced with a new one. I am grateful for the manager and maintenance staff who are always quick to resolve any concerns or problems. Additionally, the location is superb as it is situated right in the center of Anchorage. Ahh and of course a super plus that the apartment allows both dogs and cats."
"I used to live here for about 4ish years, and I have to say that this was one of the best places I've lived ever. In addition my property manager Charity is an Allstar, she helped me and mine with advice and guidance in times when things seemed hopeless. Charity is like a mother to all of her tenants and treats everyone fairly and with gracious respect. I will always recommend this property to live in to both single people and families that are just starting out. If you see this Charity I'll miss you so much and cherish having been a tenant of yours :)"
"The property manager Charity refuses to do anything, grunting, huffing and scoffing when asked to do even something as simple as printing out a lease. "It's going to be so much work!" She says with a pout. Forcing someone else to do walk throughs because "I don't want to walk up all those stairs!" Sounds like someone in the wrong field of work. She also consistantly tries to force you to make payments and as far as signing the lease before she will even entertain the idea of a walk through, she refused to give the physical address reciting the same b.s. about how "The leasing office address is all you need", BUT the physical building is an ENTIRE mile away, which she failed to inform about until after signing the lease. Charity is by far the grossest property manager you will ever work with. I highly advise against looking into this place as long as she is employed with weidner."
"The environment is amazing. Everybody knows everybody here. Everyone is super nice. The property manager (Charity Medlin) is fantastic and kind! She's very understanding, and takes care of anything you need right away. She's even organized Christmas gifts for residents before. I know I'll never have to worry about any problems while I'm at this property, and that makes me want to stay for a good long while :)"
