The office itself is super clean and comfortable. We all love stopping by!"

"The only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1, is because I love the office ladies. They have always been super nice and professional. They were not the leasing agents who were there when we moved in so they werent responsible for anything at that time. When we first moved in the walls still had wet paint because they forgot our move in date and we ended up having to sleep in our truck for a night after being told WE were wrong. The next day I proved we were correct by showing the corporate office our lease. There was hot pink spray paint all over the back deck. None of the closet doors were on the closets, just leaned up against the closet opening, so my husband had to put them up. The shelf in the middle cabinet in the kitchen was rotted so we had it replaced. And the silverware holder in the dishwasher had holes in it which caused our silverware to fall through. We asked for this to be replaced twice and it never was so we used the top rack of the dishwasher to wash silverware instead. And finally the bottom door rack in the fridge for spices was broken off so we never got to use that either. The neighborhood is not terrible except for the beautiful trail next door has been over run by homeless people and needles everywhere since Sullivan arena closed so we can’t walk our dogs down there anymore. If you’re cool with kids running around the neighborhood yelling and shooting off fire works at 11pm on a week night on a regular basis then it’s not too bad. A lot of the kids are disrespectful and will flip you off when you’re driving passed them because they think it’s funny so that’s fun. I’ve almost hit a couple because they zoom out into the street on their bikes without looking. (Note: these are kids from the complex on Russian jack drive next door) As I said, the apartment itself was an absolute mess and I will never move to a Weidner property again or refer it to my friends. But ladies in the office have always been wonderful and helped me in more ways than one."

"So far, even though this is an older property, the management is nice and the place is just perfect for me and my animals!! I didn’t lower it to 4 stars however since my furniture hasn’t arrived I can smell the stale smell of smoking that must have been there before the no smoking policy. I think I would have helped to change the flooring but I’m doing my best to freshen it up. And I need to contact maintenance about my blinds as some are cracked, don’t match or missing. But that is an easy fix!"
