"The place isn't to bad the prices are decent but can not say the same for other's who just don't pick up after their dogs. Or the noises from people not training their dogs not to bark at just about anything and everything. Or random vehicle engines reving or someone trying to act cool and tough by doing burn outs or taking a corner to fast or a random vehicle that was stolen and ditched up here."

"I've had to deal with bedbugs in 2 different buildings and every time I've called about it Jeff and the other staff have completely ignored me every time except once. The one time I did get them to FINALLY send out the bug people it did literally nothing because spraying 1 room in an infested building won't work. Also these buildings are infested with rodents and roaches. North Pointe and Pacrim Properties are slum lords. Cheap-ish rent but not worth the bugs and rodents."

"Go there only if you want to live with cockroaches. Then they charge you for the extermination of them. Also, they have welfare Moms living there have 10 kids by nine different daddies and the children think that the parking lot Is there playground. They will tamper with your car. It's very cold in the winter and the windows are not sealed. You cannot control the heat. They do not accept debit or credit cards. They rarely return your phone calls. Whenever you make complaint it is disregarded as frivolous. Good luck if you live there"
