"Great location horrible building maintenance. Windows leak every spring because Mr. Weidner doesn’t want to pay for gutters. Tons of cracks in ceiling. Hallways stink because people let their dogs pee in the hallways and in front of exit doors. Currently a large homeless community breaking into cars and buildings."

"TL;DR: tried to tour for an upcoming move, found out they don’t reflect actual days they are in the office on the website. I don’t live here, but management seems sub par. I scheduled a visit to tour apartments before we have to move (from Utah) on their online system. I got an email day or two later saying that “they’d love to schedule an appointment!” I told them I had one. They stated that they didn’t check it, and asked to reschedule. I emailed back and advised we were flying in to scout apartments for an upcoming move. Today, they emailed and stated that they wouldn’t be in the office. I called them to figure out when they would, since the online schedule clearly doesn’t show accurate information. They stated that they are a one man crew, will be on vacation for the weekend, and will be back in the office Tuesday. I told them that we will only be in town until Tuesday morning (leaving at 9 am.) While I don’t blame them for taking vacation (it’s only fair for them to!), the website is not accurate thus can’t be trusted"

She consistently makes herself available when they call or stop by. They wait in the lobby and she helps them right away. They are considering becoming a tenant and it would be in part because of her great services. You have a stellar manager who should be awarded for her kind, hearted, customer service. "This is an okay place to live because it's quiet, clean, and allows dogs. The neighborhood is nice and you're close to a park and a trail. There is covered parking, the sidewalks/stairs leading to buildings are heated and the grounds are pretty. Location is walkable to downtown and Spenard. The 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and have lots of windows. Downsides include outdated appliances, lackluster maintenance service, and gross carpet in the hallways. Overall, not bad."
