"If it wasn't for my friend living in those apartments I would not even make a brief appearance in that neighborhood and apartments...Sketchy Seedy side of town I don't like to mix with...It has a real bad vibe that is not pleasant if you get caught up..."
"Everyone's review is pretty much accurate. I would never rent here again. A simple phone call gets unanswered. Are they really that busy? It starts with the front office staff who looks pretty miserable doing their job. Here's some advice: get a new job, LOL. The interior design of the apartments are outdated from 1980 and the price of the apartments are overpriced. I've seen better apartments. Don't live here unless you're desperate! I would find a better place and not look back."
"I won't rent here again! Minimal maintenance is performed. Dryers on premises is not working 1/4 of the time. Move in inspection shows many dings and half ass repairs done, damaged drawers and kitchen cabinets, bad paint jobs... None of them would be acceptable in a private rental!! Whatever you do don't be in any sort of holiday spirit! Holiday decorations are not to be visible to the outside. One of the buildings is across the alley from the liquor store. Homeless and drunks hanging out till early hours! They are loud and don't care about curfew hours. Police will not respond unless weapons or injury is involved."
"The grounds keeping here is phenomenal! If i put a work order in doesn't take long for it to be completed however office staff does change frequently lately but doesn't slow down anything I love Neighborworks properties good ppl!"
"Office staff doesn't answer phones often. I have called and walked over immediately after and found that they were there and just doing paperwork. People who do landscaping are careless. I had my window open when they were setting up a sprinkler outside and they were moving the thing around while it was on. Sprayed water into the apartment and could have ruined a $200 printer and a $900 computer had they been closer. Apartments are okay, however, when something breaks, you cannot get a hold of the office staff or they just don't replace things like they say they will. This is a very unsafe area. Multiple people have had things stolen out of their cars. The drunk natives walk through here and most are violent when confronted for being noisy. There are two liquor stores here so they are ALWAYS here. Someone recently had their security camera cord cut. I've also seen drug deals done just outside of the apartment. Despite the nice little neighborhood on one side, it IS NOT SAFE. Dumpsters are emptied daily so if you get an end apartment, you will hear A TON of noise. Not only that, but when kids are playing at the park, they are LOUD and some are very disrespectful of other's belongings. DO NOT USE THE BIKE RACKS! They hit bikes with sticks and the landscapers don't have respect for them either. People smoke outside of other's open windows as well. Overall, it's not a great place to live. I wouldn't suggest it."
