"It's a roof over your head not much else. Your mail gets stolen often ("maintenance" brags about how easy it is), rent is different every month, some of the residents smoke next to the entrance with the door propped open, landlord special (paint covering) for mold and holes, and of course mold growing on the ceiling in the halls that are falling apart."
