"The property manager and maintenance man are great, and very prompt. It's the apartment, which is quite literally FALLING APART. Weidner does NOT give a s*** about their residents. Today 12/21, a kitchen cabinet broke off the hinges and hit me on the face. Our door frames are rotting, parts of the floor caves in, I could go on and on at this point. They also show only pics of their "renovated" lower level apartments, definitely not worth the almost 2k a month."

"I recently moved to anchorage for a job opportunity and Didn’t have many options for places with the requirements of having a washer and dryer. I found this place called spoke to the gentleman who’s very good at his job ill give it to him. He sold this place being very new and nice, and told me he couldn’t hold an apartment without me signing a lease. Even if i put down a deposit. Not having many options while driving up to alaska I agreed. Once getting here I realized my mistake. The property is really poorly kept. Most appliances are easily over 20 years old and barley work half the time. Good luck getting a call back from the office have left several messages with zero response back."

"Had a mouse problem inside my unit and it took them a week to respond and deal with the mice! And they came back! So many hidden fees inside your rent "admin fee, garbage charge back, sewer service fee, water service fee, water charge" They are charging way way way over what these apartments are worth. Rent at your own risk and enjoy your unwanted pest roommates."
