"This motel was a wonderful place to stopover on my way from anchorage to seward! The rooms were simple but clean. Check-in process was easy and friendly. I really appreciated the hot chocolate & instant coffee in the room and there was shampoo and body wash in the shower."

"This place is wonderful. Owner was super nice when checking in. The room was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and very well maintained. Bed was so comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. Price was very reasonable. Just really was impressed with this place."

"We stayed here two nights on our way toward seward from anchorage. The rooms are clean and modest. The owners Eric and Veronica were amazing hosts and told us all about how they renovated the place over the years. BEAUTIFUL views to wake up to. Will stay again hands down."

"Our family called and requested room availability, we were told yes they had rooms, they were 149 and 179 a night. We drove down from Anchorage when we arrived we told the gentleman we had called , he immediately passed us to I think his wife she immediately implied my mother in law was lying about calling ahead. She was rude beyond belief. We asked to see the rooms she refused to allow us to see the room without giving her my mother in law credit card, but thank goodness we went and looked and smelled first. Room 11 was fine, room 2 smelled horrible. We went back to her told her about the smell, we collected the credit card and rented a airbnb down the hwy. Dear owner my inlaws had spoke highly about your place before this trip, they spend time at your place 2 years ago. Your rudeness as a family owned business is shameful one business owner to another. Customers pays your bills. You need to do better!"

"Exterior of the motel is a bit dated, but the room we stayed in was really nice. Cute decor in the room, nice selection of instant coffee and organic tea, plus Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix. Bed was fairly comfortable, but the bed frame creaked quite a bit. Towels were soft, and they were gray instead of white, which was a nice change from what you usually see at a motel. Owner was very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
