Dimond Center Hotel

"Had to be in Anchorage overnight for an early morning appointment the following day. I stayed at the Dimond Center Hotel based mostly on its proximity to where I needed to be the next day. What a treat! The rooms were spacious, squeaky clean, the bed was beyond comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. What a pleasant surprise! I would gladly stay here again. The price was good, the services were exceptional and the value was terrific."

"Very comfortable beds and pillows. The pillows aren't the overly thick ones you see at most other hotels. Big soaking tub, real big. The shower is too small, but It works. Interesting see thru functioning window between bath and living area."

"The room was really nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Could use more blankets or thicker blankets. The room was plenty warm, but a thicker blanket would be more comfy. Loved the big bathtub!! The location is ok. Lots of things to do near by. Just didn’t enjoy all the homeless people walking around right at the front door and next to where all the customers vehicles park. But really you’ll get that everywhere in anchorage. To stay at a hotel that isn’t surrounded by homeless people get out of Anchorage. Not the Dimond hotels fault. Our state doesn’t allow property owners to shoo them away. All in all it’s a decent place to stay."

"This hotel is in a great location, almost in the middle of town and easily connected to highways within a short distance. There is also a Walmart right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for buying some missing items and water etc. We liked the breakfast in this place, and it was quite sufficient to keep us going throughout the day. The price is also reasonable, and the rooms were very comfortable. Definitely a good pick."
