"What wonderful service and the food is great! I tried several different meals and all were very good. My room was super clean and had what I needed. Staff were very helpful day or night they were there to help."

"I was hoping the many bad reviews were wrong but unfortunately they were very true. I checked in on while on a business trip and was not expecting it to be super nice. It cost $189 the night I stayed. I was given a room in a back building without a working elevator and very stale smelling hallways. My room was very dated and the ac didn't seem to work and the tv was already on and trash was in the bin already. It was very late so I decided to deal with it. I was kept awake all night long by people in the room above me banging and stomping around and what sounded like fighting. I called the front desk and the only reply was they were on a voucher and had no where else to go so I should try and deal with it. In the morning as I left it seemed there was people in the hallways just hanging around. Very strange place. I highly recommend looking for another place and spending a small amount more to get a normal and clean hotel. The only benefit I can see is the close location to the airport and the basic breakfast they offered."

"Dirty rooms, shower hadn't been cleaned, window seals dusty and found a half drank cup of water in the window as well. Also no heat in our room, both heaters were set to high and it was freezing cold in our room. The staff is short and snappy. Not worth half what the rooms cost. The hotel is obviously not cared for and the staff blatantly doesn't care. The rooms are beaten up and the elevators don't work, which of course they don't tell you until after you pay. Charge less or do better."

"I wish to give a half star if it was available. Pros: Fantastic location! There's easy access to restaurants, car rentals, and the airport. Cons: This is the oldest hotel I've come across, and it seems they've made absolutely no effort to update or remodel it. The staff at the front desk lack proper business etiquette. They need a lesson on what customer service truly means. I was met with the word "NO" in response to most of my questions. In the second building, which has three floors, the elevators were out of order. Guests have no choice but to carry their luggage up the stairs, and no assistance was provided or even offered. The room doors don't close securely, allowing sounds from the hallways to easily filter in. The bathroom's flush system was problematic. Moreover, housekeeping isn't automatically provided; you have to specifically request certain services. Lastly, they serve the same breakfast every day, and it ends at 9 am – even on weekends."

"I would say you get what you pay for but we paid a decent amount for this hotel and the exchange was not comparable. We were told our room was ready and when we walked in there were sheets all over the floor and the beds were in disarray. I found a staff member and they did get a team to come clean while we waited. When we got in the room three lights did not work and dryer didn’t turn on. Floor was slanted. Ceiling was gorgeous, maybe the only redeeming quality of this place. It has great potential. Shuttle driver was on time and was exceptional. Elevator was still not working. If you pay under $100 and don’t mind a sub par place it might be a great foot for you."
