"Best apartments ever! The owners were very quick to help out with any issues. Beautiful location, fantastic commute to anywhere. I absolutely loved it."
"We just moved out of a townhouse here, and we loved living here for the 11 months that we did. I just bought a house and that’s why we moved, but our move out experience has been the worst I’ve ever had! We communicated to the landlords that we will clean the apartment ourselves and leave it how we found it. When we moved in, it was clean and empty, but we definitely noticed it wasn’t deep cleaned by any means. My boyfriend and I cleaned before every showing while we were still living there and even cleaned when we had majority of our items moved out. We had more than 5 people APPLY and get DENIED and we were still told that it wasn’t renting because of our clothes that were hung in the closet and the storage boxes we had put in a corner. Oh and that our counter was chipped, although maintenance, who we loved, chipped it when they were installing a dishwasher. We had asked for it to be fixed months prior as it was snagging on our clothes but they had bigger projects to take care of which was fair at the time. We were being blamed, yet application denials were not in our control and made it feel like it was a way to get money and set us up to say our place wasn’t clean. After we completely emptied the townhouse, we went back over and cleaned again to make it better than when we moved in. I can’t even checkout of an Air BnB without leaving it how I found it. The only things we didn’t have “cleaned” was the small mark our headboard made on the wall and the holes in the wall from our two TVs mounted. We were told we wouldn’t have to pay for holes to be fixed however they put it down as part of their “28 hours of cleaning” when they charged us for cleaning. The other items on that list were “walls washed, oven cleaned, freezer with food, windows and tracks, general cleaning, headboard spot, nail holes and tv holder, and general cleaning”. They said this took them 28 hours to clean, which is excessive to say the least, although we had asked multiple times if there was anything else that needed to be done. We didn’t even know that they had found renters until they sent us what they were charging for cleaning. We had already completely moved out early at this point. We also did not leave food in the freezer and had wiped it down along with scrubbing the oven inside and out, also cleaning the doors and walls that needed it as part of our final cleaning. Please keep in mind before you rent here that they will charge you per hour for cleaning by their maintenance guy, on top of advertising costs, and whatever else they don’t mention when you sign your lease agreement. I couldn’t imagine paying $560+ for 28 hours of “cleaning” when renters already cleaned AND they take $100 from your deposit regardless. We were told and gaslighted to think we didn’t do enough and that they “were pretty generous” with only charging 8 hours of cleaning and no advertising when I called to have a conversation about this list. We had no idea that they would charge us at all for anything. Instead of having a conversation before charging us, they charged us for false items that they listed and completely ignored the fact that it was actually clean. I have now requested an itemized report of all costs for their “28 hours of cleaning” as I’m entitled to by law, and it’s been multiple days with no response. Being a military couple, we don’t have a lot of personal belongings to make moving easier on us, so it was extremely disappointing to be told that our place wasn’t in great condition when the landlord who lives on site said it “looked nice” as he was showing it when we lived their still. Very disappointed in how this was handled as we did love the space and the area, but I’d be very, very cautious to rent here as they seem to have unrealistic standards then they admit, don’t have clear communications, and are overcharging to make a buck."
"Spent about a year and a half here and can definitively say this was the best apartment complex I've lived in. Quiet, tucked away neighborhood, great neighbors, excellent pricing, and a view that never gets old. Landlords go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and maintenance is prompt and rare, since the units are so well taken care of. Only moved out of here as I purchased a home but I'm missing this place already. If Twin Peaks Ridge has any availability, do yourself a favor and jump on it, cause it won't last long!"
"We lived here for 2 years. Brad, Greg, John, and the whole team at Twin Peaks are some of the best people I know from experience and working with them. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to live and the area is close to everything you could ever need. This should be your first choice if you're looking to rent in the area. Much love and kindness to the crew!"
"Living at Twin Peaks Ridge was amazing! It was the best apartment experience around, by far! The landlords and maintenance workers were all extremely prompt and helpful. Things rarely broke, but when they did these guys were on top of it immediately and were super friendly all the time. They had a great way of making it feel like home. The community of people is very friendly and safe. They made life easier for us and we feel so lucky we had the chance to live here. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to rent! You will definitely not regret it!"
