"I'd be mindful what you read. This place is so bad they have to bribe residents for good reviews. A positive review for an chance to win a gift card. This is the kind of place that gives slum lords a bad name. Dirty. Infested. Not maintained. Dangerous. Dealers, junkies and the associated substances are rampant. Corporate office is ineffective. It filters down. Onsite is "managed" by people that appear excited not to have words like "fry cook" or "head sweater folder" in their job description. If/when the office staff decides to show up good luck getting them to pay attention or getting anything done in a timely manner. Something positive to be said. The homeless and dumpster divers are usually the good "residents." They are generally quiet, clean and keep to themselves. Used to be called "Layton Pointe." A lot of us here before the name change call it "crack pointe." You say to people "it was Layton Pointe" and they generally go "oh that place!" It has a history and it isn't good."
