"We didn't stay here very long due to moving back to Texas! BUT Sadie, the leasing agent, was great. She got us in quickly and move out was a breeze so far(I will update if it changes once they do their own walk through). We stayed in one of the 3 bedrooms and the space was nice. It didn't feel too small or anything! Our stay here was good! Nothing too crazy happened and the one time we needed maintenance to come by, he came by quickly and fixed the issue. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is super kid friendly, has a small little dog park, and a small children's playground with a fence around it. AND they have doggy poop bags available all over the place so you can kindly pick up after your dogs, that was a huge plus for us. Just a couple of things I would recommend from the company.. Put a canopy over the playground, especially for summertime so the playground isn't super hot to the touch and ceiling fans in all the rooms! Other than that, it is a great little place to stay!"

"I rented the apartment last year and moved out. It's an overall worst place to live in. My truck and other vehicles were broken into. Found out we were paying for a security camera that only watched the mailbox. I was constantly charged for the removal of pet waste that did not belong to my pet. I also got reincurring miscellaneous charges for whatever reason on my monthly rent payment. Overall, this place is definitely my utmost worst place to live at. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if your desperate for a place to live at."

"I have lived a lot of different places, plenty of different apartment complexes, this one is by far my favorite, the front office lady and even the maintenance guy (I'm terrible with names) are absolutely amazing. They're super nice to my kids and to me and my wife. The apartments themselves are super nice. I had some light bulbs go out in our bathrooms and I asked for light bulbs, no questions asked they just grabbed some new ones for me (I opted to put them in myself)"

"I’ve lived here for about half a year now and already this complex outperforms all others in the area. The maintenance team, even while understaffed during the winter, was very fast to make the few repairs needed in my apartment, and the area surrounding stays beautiful and kept. The gym is peaceful useful and well kept, and the dog parks and playground are very nice."

"The property manager Chelsey doesn’t respond to inquiries until you’ve reached out to her multiple times if at all. She also claims to not receive emails including photos of the apartment when moving in. This allows her to charge you and not return your deposit. This place is a joke. The walls are super thin too, you can clearly hear people above you having sex, kids running around and people turning on their showers. The constant xfinity issues that happened on a monthly basis had me questioning what internet services I was paying for. I will never ever rent here again."
