"The facilities are a little older but overall package made most sense with "all-inclusive" utilities/furniture made simpler. Haven't seen the furniture as of yet but believe to be acceptable. Kudos for Eseta Diloi with her tour presentation and accomodating while I was there a few weeks back initially. She was very responsive and helped to get it to this stage. 11/28/23 - moved in and furnishing was positively received. Helpful in getting settled along with payment process as Season's work with tenants with options. Kudos again to Eseta Diloi for her help and follow up. Best"
"I put in the request to fix the garbage disposal in the afternoon, and it was fixed the next day. They were so quick; I didn't even have a chance to clean up the countertop. It was covered in paperwork. Not one pile was out of place. Wouldn't have known they were there accepting the disposal works now. Great Job."
