"It’s a nice place to live almost everyone is friendly and there pets. To start the maintenance here is awful I would not recommend it it takes more then a month or two or even longer for them to act on it even if you go up to talk to the office the secretary or the manager they will say I sent the maintenance message to our maintenance I would go so many time and finally after I got mad and went and talk to them that is wend they actually do something the sink keep filling up I told them and it took them almost 3 months then I told them about the a/c that is still in process they said that they would order a new one that was about 4 months and they have not said nothing yet I been living here for 3 years the first maintenance I told them was the dish washer and to this point nothing has happened they are good on changing rent on time but on maintenance they lack on that. But other that that it’s ok if they can fix all the light to be able to walk at night in confidence would be nice."

"I love living here at Layton Meadows. Dillon the maintenance supervisor is great and fixes your work orders in a timely matter. Aliyah the property manager is so kind and helpful in the office. She is goes above and beyond for you! I highly recommend!"

"What a great experience! I saw an ad online for a super cute apartment and set up a time to come tour it. Dresden was so helpful and had all the answers to my questions prior to the tour. Makayla was so knowledgeable and kind as well, she answered all of my questions during the tour. I also appreciated Dresden following up to make sure we had every thing we needed to make an informed decision. These ladies are SO nice I want to live there just because of them."

"Good place to lease. Management are very helpful especially Dresdan.She helped me set up auto rent pay. She's lets you know when your lease is about to expire and comes up with a new plan that works for you. Maintenance is right on when you call. They come right away and fix the problem. I like the fact that Management is on site and accessible to talk to when you have a need. The walkways are clear in the winter. The only area that people should watch is the dumpster area are very icy. I wait til the sun comes out to take my garbage. Other than that a great place to live."

"Living here has benefits for seniors. It is a supportive environment in that, grocery stores, the mall, churches, schools etc. are really close and convenient to reach. Older citizens can be seen enjoying the seasons outside without having to do yard work, and in the winter it’s nice to know that the staff will shovel the walks. Walking a small dog gives one the opportunity to meet friendly neighbors. Sometimes when younger neighbors see me taking trash out, they offer to take it for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the summer one can hear and see families playing in the swimming pool. My husband and I have enjoyed the pool when one of our grandchildren has come over to visit. In the open area, children will play basketball, roller skate, and families can be seen barbecuing in the summer. The trees on the property turn beautiful colors in the fall. Several seniors have enjoyed living here for more than a decade."
