"The front desk is easily one of the most courteous front desks that I have ever encountered. Every employee goes out of their way to greet you and make sure that your stay is going well. The cleaning service is thorough and very good. The free breakfast is a welcome addition. Overall, this hotel is an incredible value that is enhanced by the tremendous employees that work here. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here for a night after our furnace was removed because of a foundation leak. Desiree was an absolute sweetheart to our family and upgraded us to a suite room because of our circumstances. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful during the entire check in and check out process. Desiree made our time awesome here and my family appreciated her amazing customer service - so much that my oldest daughter wanted to come back! Thank you Desiree!"

"It was ok. The hotel is out dated and kind of run down but they are in the process of updating it. We liked the location and appreciated that it was walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants which came in handy while it was snowing. The pool is on the small side but it's clean and the kids still had fun. The entire 4th floor was closed down for renovations which is fine except we were on the 3rd floor and were serenaded to the sweet sounds of random knocking and stomping sounds above us from 7am to 10pm. This is during the hotel "noisy hours" but after long days of traveling it wasn't very appreciated by us who just wanted to rest before the next long day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was usual fare and fine. Not anything to write home about but better than some places."

"Dirty carpet everywhere. Dirty bathroom floor so I used a washcloth to clean it. I tried to rinse it. Dusty tops of dressers and lamp base. I thoroughly checked the sheets and beds. They weren't bad. We won't be back. The front desk lady was very nice."

"Love how it was close to everything. We had a good stay. Only complaints is wish it was a little cleaner. There was hair on the floor in our bathroom and the toilet paper(and toilet paper looked wet then dried). I liked the shower and how open and big it was. Also when we went in the hot tub it looked a little brown on the walls above the water, I could scratch it off with my nail. It was kinda really gross. But all in all it was good here. Room was clean and I liked that they had two pillows, one soft and one firm. Good pillows is a must! Breakfast was good but would be nice if it wasn’t the same thing every day I was there."
