"I have toured at a handful of apartments and their leasing team was by far the most warm and friendly team I have ever met. The environment definitely gave me vacation vibes-as if living there would be more like a vacation than it would be a financial obligation. Unfortunately, the rooms were so tiny, I would not be able to fit my furniture inside. Definitely a bummer because it would have been a dream come true to rent from them."
"Lived there for 2 years and hated almost every bit of it. The apt is small and overpriced. No one picks up after their pets, so you have to tip toe around dog crap just to go get your mail or do your laundry. Speaking of laundry, you're lucky if you get a machine to work. They're always a lot out of order and the ones that do work are always being used. The community manager seems to make decisions that doesn't benefit the community at all, like closing amenities for certain hours or days. The pool and hot tub have issues all the time. And they don't care to get it fixed in a timely manner. The dog park looked like a sad excuse for a dog park. The jets from air force shake the apts and fly at the worst time. My hot water only lasted for about 5 mins even after getting it fixed. The apt i moved into had damages not fixed, like they didnt care to make it look good. The appliances were garbage, they looked like they came out of a RV. The only good thing about the apt is the location to restaurants and stores."
"Moved into this place and the sprinklers flooded my apartment for a month. They wouldn’t fix the problem until I threatened to report them. It caused mold to grow in my apartment all over. They finally came to clean it but only wiped it with a rag and painted over it. All my neighbors have had mold as well. The facilities are almost always closed or broken. They also add all sort of crazy charges to make extra money off you. Management is rude when you bring up any issues with the apartment such as them flooding the apartment and taking over a month to clean anything up. Do not rent here is it the worst place I have ever been. Ask anyone who lives here and they will tell you the same thing."
"Nick and Allison were both very knowledgeable and helpful during the application and move in process. Very easy and straight forward process. I do wish the apartment had been cleaned a little more thoroughly before move in, but that’s my only complaint. Only lived here a little while, but so far I’ve had a great experience. Helpful employees and a quiet community."
"Boy do I have a lot to say about this dump. If I could do negative stars I would. The only positive thing about this place is that the neighbors are very kind, they are down to earth, and I felt bad that they still had to live here when we left. For those of you that want a short review, I’ll list the issues then talk about each of them at length. 1. Management SUCKS and they’re lazy 2. They will charge you for anything and everything and won’t listen to what you have to say about it. 3. They have RIDICULOUS fees that they slap onto the bill. The rent was $895, but ended up being $1100 each month 4. They advertise renovated apartments, but they are old, moldy, dusty, filthy, tiny, smelly, and overall terrible quality. Windows/walls are so thin you can hear steps outside 5. Pool/hot tub were closed for the whole year we lived there 6. Thought the new property manager, Deja, would be good after a really terrible one like Brady, but she is just as horrible and hard headed. The only person that really cares about you is Jordyn and Stan Now let’s get into the nitty gritty. The first problem we had with these idiots was when we moved in the first night and the dumb lock was broken on the front door. I requested emergency maintenance, but nobody came. I then decided to just fix it myself. (Maintenance is extremely slow to fix things) probably why there were SO many potholes all year round. Which brings me to my next major issue. We reported a small leak in our water heater (the water heaters are like 30 years old). Nobody came to check it out. We requested service again when we noticed more leakage. Nobody came. Finally, my wife and I went to St George for the weekend, come back, and the entire apartment had flooded with an inch of water. We had to do all the cleaning ourselves. I felt bad for the neighbors because they had old carpet, and it got soaked. There was quite a bit of water damage to the flooring, it warped the wood in the apartment, and caused the screws to strip in the light fixture. We talked to Brady about moving to a different apartment, and he pretty much told us that we are out of our minds. He was actually extremely rude to my wife, and ended up gaslighting her into believing that it wasn’t a big deal. We still had moisture in that apartment a month later and mold started to form, so I asked for the dehumidifier. Brady said that the “carpet cleaner guy” from a month earlier had said there was no water damage or mold in the apartment. DUH. Mold grows. We had to fight to get a dehumidifier in the apartment for a week. The thing that makes me MOST angry?? We were quite clear that we would be moving out when our lease was up in June 2023. They asked for a 60 day notice, so I gave it to them, and forgot about it for about a month. We were in Moab when we got an email that asked if we were giving our 60 day notice. I was like…we already did…like a month ago..then they proceeded to tell me that they had no record of it. I frantically searched my phone/emails for the messages even though it isn’t my responsibility to keep those documented. I had lost a ton of messages due to backup problems on my phone, but I found an email that any normal person would read and figure that we were planning to leave, but since it wasn’t “word for word” they wouldn’t let us use that as evidence. Come to find out, their messages on their phones delete after 30 days…how convenient. So they were adamant that we pay until July 19th, a month past our lease expiration. I called, and tried very hard to explain with a level head that we had sent the notice, and I sent picture after picture of the emails to try and keep from paying an extra month. They, of course, didn’t care. This is also a week into the new property manager getting there (She’s pretty trash). Long story short, they made us pay an extra months rent and set us back quite a bit in savings. Most people that live here are already having a hard time with money and they really know how to screw people over. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Negative stars."
