"Great staff, very caring, nice grounds and apartments. The rent is very reasonable compared to same size apartments. Moving in next month."
"This place does not care about the demographic of their tenants. They put ppl with small children in the same apartment buildings as people that work from home and don't care that the make noise like children do. We live there with two small toddlers and we kept getting violations for noise during the daytime not at night time but during the daytime because we disturb the neighbors because our toddlers were making too much noise our neighbors work from home. And we kept getting cussed at and harassed by the neighbors that worked from home because our children made noise during the daytime we've had the cops called on Us because our kids were making too much noise during the daytime. Our neighbors vandalized our vehicle and vandalize our apartment and when I talk to management they said it was our fault because we Disturbed our neighbors. Then they said they would let us out of our lease early if we would just move. That it would not affect us renting in the future from anyone else we would not have any eviction on our record because we feared for our safety. We went to try to rent another place and they said that Sterling point has us down as being evicted. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who has small children. But if you have a criminal record or you are on drugs this is the perfect place for you ."
"Well, I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have never had any problem with staff or office. I lost my husband to COVID not only do they help me they ask me EVER time i go to office to pay my rent (THAT HASN'T GONE UP) in 2 years. I'm so greatful too. But they ask me is there anything we can do or you need. One time i said yes i needed the light bulb in my garage changed so when i open the light goes on. They came down the next day and fixed it for me. To me that was not only fast but so kind for them to do that. I will not move im ver happy to be able to live here and the admityies r the best. Swimm almost everyday in the summer. Thank you Sterling point."
"These apartments are great until you've lived there for a month. That's when you find out the plumbing is bad and they refuse to fix it properly. The carpet was pulling up in all the entry ways so they would come in and stretch it so far that it was pulled about an inch and a half from the walls. Then they locked me out because my roommate said I had moved out while I was out of town for a family members funeral and they never thought to call or email me to find out if it were true because my roommate had paid them to change the locks. So many other things also but 10/10 do not recommend"
"Beware. The owners operate this place like a scam. The price may be comparable to other apartments, but not worth the value for the issues that are included with your unit. The place was very ghetto. It’s as if they don’t even hire cleaners before someone rents the place (even though they charge for it from the tenant’s deposit check). Also they seem to not even check the smoke detectors or appliances. Beware of the lease. They charge $200 just for the application and another $200 deposit. But it gets better, they will only give you 65% of your deposit back. That is because they take $70 (which is standard) of your deposit to clean the place. SPA justifies this by saying that they hire cleaners for $35 an hour for two hour minimum to prepare the place for next tenant. If you plan to only refund partial deposit, then it should say so in your lease documents. But what they are doing is illegal by not paying back their tenants correctly. They do this regardless of the fact that it does not say this in any of the lease agreement legal documents or addendums that only part of your deposit is refundable upon the end of your lease."
