"Very nice property with some really nice amenities. Good size bedrooms and Floorplan. I absolutely love the mudroom in the apartment laundry room. The biggest downfall would have to be the parking situation. It is very small and cramped with very little option to park elsewhere."

She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help resolve my concerns. Lareen made moving in such a pleasant experience. Professional, easy, customer Service."

"I’ve been living here since the first week the apartments opened up so about 19months now. With the options available, they have done everything in their power to help with parking, “ garbage butler “, packages being put in a room we might not have a code to. (Gotta love FedEx/Amazon haha.) The appliances are brand spanking new, which I’m very grateful for, and the Vivint security system that’s included works well. I’m able to change the AC/Heat on my phone and arm/disarm my apartment from just about anywhere. The Gym is conveniently open 24/7. On top of that, the communication between the managers and tenants is really what has been important to me. They have helped me with every question I’ve had, received emails reminding us that rent is due soon, which is beyond helpful, and help with getting my packages if they were dropped off at the wrong spot. I honestly would recommend this apartment complex if you want an up to date, perfectly located, safe home with kind, respectful managers."

They are always on top of fixing things and helping me with questions I have and they are super friendly and nice! We have loved it so much we even signed another year lease with them!
