"I’ve been living here for about a year now. Beautiful views and units. Bathroom vanities are amazing. I appreciate the wonderful staff that are communicative, friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders. Amenities are really nice and I sometimes find myself on the rooftop lounge to start my morning or to wrap up my work day as the city view is gorgeous, both night and day. Quick walk to various restaurants, coffee shops and easily enjoy the artist and vendor booths on Friday that set up right up the road. Residents are friendly and quiet. Only down side was the loud music from the night life in an out-facing unit. That being said, the outside music has gotten a bit quieter than it used to be thanks in part to the very supportive staff who have put forth effort against any noise ordinance violations. Will be moving out of the downtown area completely once my lease is up but will definitely miss the views here most of all."

"Lived here for a little over a year, building is nice and so is the staff (kinda.) Highly recommend avoiding living on the 20th floor at all. They thought it would be a great idea to put a gym on the 21st floor, directly above apartments. So everyday all through out the day, you hear the gym, wether its the battle ropes, someone slamming weights, or stomping on the treadmill. I must disclose that I was offered a transfer at one point, to move a floor below, but I do remember there being a fee going along with it which doesn’t seem very ethical considering I was never told a gym would be directly above my unit. I was also told more would be done to remedy the situation but they just put a square of 1/2 inch thick pads down in the gym which did not help at all. Regardless, all said and done the place isn’t that bad, yes the outside is loud sometimes you live in a city, what do you expect? Building is relatively safe, could recommend living here, just don’t live on the 20th. One more thing, they also use cheap cabinetry and flooring,as most apartments do."

"Everyone on the Derby team, especially Addison and Sarai, has been very kind and helpful with the application and move-in process. The apartment complex is clean, smells nice, and has beautiful art within. It is in a safe area, surrounded by tons of cool places within walking distance. The view is also spectacular. I have an A1 studio and have been very pleased- Will include photos below. 10/10 recommend."

"I’ve been living at Derby for a month now and I have no complaints! I love the amenities, the leasing team, the housekeeping/maintenance. This apartment complex makes it feel like I am living in a high end hotel. It is always so clean and the staff and residents are so friendly. The parking is a little bit pricey for the apartment garages, but the alternative parking is a very close/safe walk, about 5 minutes. This is a great apartment complex, the best I’ve lived in so far."
