"You can hear you neighbors stomping around vibrating the floors all day!! Trash shoot is always broken hopefully you like trash piling up Every month something else is broken. The garage door is down pretty frequently which sucks bc there is no street parking All the new pictures being added aren’t pictures they’re computer generated animations. More lies from this place! No security anymore so the homeless get to hang out in the back and freebase drugs & leave paraphernalia Surplus of lazy people who leave their trash all over the building. WoRST neighbors I’ve ever had here Handles fall off doors Even the leasing office handle comes off…"

"Our move-in was great. We were coming from out of state and they made the process easy. Maintenance responds quickly. However, management lacks common area clean up. Hallways are typically clean but stairwells are always dirty and have loose trash/debris. The dog strip is so full of feces, we do not feel comfortable taking our dogs there for sanitary purposes.. all in all, it could be better. We won't renew at the end of our lease. 2.10.24 - Update: Management called me to try and resolve the issue. I’ve seen staff making more of an effort to pick up trash."

"I’ve lived in many apts in many states, the Battery has been the best experience. There was some issues being a brand new apt complex when I moved in but the front office staff and maintenance team were always quick to fix any issues and implement long term solutions. Working with Gio and Kayleigh (not sure on spelling) from the front office was always a great experience, very professional and helpful. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and outgoing. I’d recommend anyone wanting to live in downtown Phoenix to move to the Battery."

"I moved into The Battery a couple of months ago after many months of searching for the right fit. I made the right choice. Aleia-Lauren and Diamond made moving in simple, quick and easy. Maintenance is responsive and thorough. I’m excited to come home to a comfy apartment, close to everything I need downtown, every day. - Update - I just finished my 14 month lease at The Battery and thought I would update my review for anyone reading. I loved my time here. The property was well kept and the staff always took care of me. Like other reviews said, train and airplane noise is prevalent. I went in knowing that and didn’t mind. I think my only regret was not choosing a larger apt on the top floor - it always sounded like a basketball game was happening above me. I would definitely lease here again."

"I moved here from Utah and Diamond was the person who was helping through the whole thing. She was very informative, communicative, and nice throughout the whole process. She sent lots of emails and discussed everything all over the phone and made that move very smooth and stress free. I couldn’t have asked for someone better helping with such a big move. She is amazing! All throughout living here she has always been super kind and helpful whenever I’ve needed. I love living here so much."
