"My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend on a whim we wanted to go up North and this was one of the only hotels with rooms. Our stay was fine. The staff was friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, and there was ample parking. Upon departure however, we were charged with a "smoking fee" when there was no smoking that occurred in the room. When I called to dispute the charges, I was told the room "smelled" and that there was trash in the trashcan indicating there was smoking. We emptied out a bag from our car, into the hotel room trash can. We never smoked in the room. I informed the hotel of this when I spoke with them on the phone while questioning the charge. I was told they would refund the charge since there was no evidence of actual smoking in the room. The charge was never removed and we never heard from them again on why they decided to still charge us for something we didn't do. So if you stay here, be weary about bogus charges to your credit card with zero evidence."

"I felt safe here when traveling alone. I enjoyed the clean, comfortable accommodations. I didn't have to travel out for food. The food choices were good and reasonable prices I thought. Located close to freeways, airport. All staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. Good parking and outdoor lighting. Definitely will come again."

"This is somewhere near my 100th night at a Marriott hotel in the past year. This one is mediocre, at best. The rooms are dark and a bit dated (the bathrooms are very dated) but clean. The TVs are small for the room size and, in keeping with Marriott's dedicated effort to enrage all business travelers worldwide, this place also has the terrible in room coffee maker that is proprietary to Marriott. That means that they have to provide you the coffee for your room because they can't be bothered to put a Keurig in there like every other decent hotel. By the way, they always forget to put coffee in the room. My biggest complaint is that, instead of a free pot of coffee up front (like every other hotel that has ever existed) the sadists at this Marriott decided to put a Starbucks in the lobby - and charge you a ton for a burnt cup of coffee and a 3 day old pastry. Who do they think travels to their hotel? Soccer moms who can't miss out on their Starbucks? No thanks. All in all, the room was OK for a 1-2 night stay. Anything longer and you have many better options for a better price in this area. I am in Phoenix every 2-3 weeks for work and this will be the first and last time I stay here. Many, many better hotels in this area - that don't nickel and dime you for everything you need."

"Place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Starbucks inside and that was a plus. Starbucks inside has higher prices than a normal Starbucks but very convenient. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. But the bed itself was great. Clean inside and out and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly with a great area outdoors."
