"I can’t say enough amazing things about Arizona Biltmore. I frequently come here to play violin, especially for their Easter and Thanksgiving brunch and just LOVE it here. The chefs are beyond amazing and I get so excited to eat here!! The staff is unbelievably caring and every person that comes in always enjoys their time. They are all about hospitality here and so excited when I get to visit here to play violin."
"I’ve always wanted to stay at a place like biltmore. But it’s not worth the price. They don’t have good ADA accommodations at all. The place is huge and they don’t offer anything to help those who can’t walk their area. Also I made a reservation for a daybed and they canceled it on me because someone else already had it “contracted” in for that day. Which is odd because how was I able to make that reservation then? Totally irresponsible. Does not give good vibes. I recommend the Arizona grand resort. They have golf carts that take you around their area and they always have great customer service."
"Love love love the Biltmore. I love how open and peaceful everything always is. The food is fantastic wherever you go. The staff is absolutely incredible. They do the best job at big events and corporate events. Their rooms are so lovely."
"Pretty good hotel full of history. To fully appreciate the hotel and property one must understand the history. The property grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful. Top notch service here for sure. My kids enjoyed the pool area, especially the water slides. Beware that the hotel will close the water slides if they don’t have enough lifeguards for the day. I understand labor is hard to come by, but kids will be disappointed if the water slides are closed. The fire pit rooms are really great for kids and a fun environment. Overall I would recommend to add this to your hotel stays when in Phoenix."
"Excellent location that puts you close to downtown Scottsdale but far enough away to get that secluded feeling of a resort. Service was excellent during our stay on top of the food and drinks. We really enjoyed our time here. We stayed in the Garden Wing. Room was large and very clean. Nothing really outstanding about the room other than that. Various pool areas along with adult only, which is nice to see. They have a ton to offer all around inside and out along with the variety of different rooms that are available to suit your needs. We are looking forward to coming back."
