"Absolutely horrid. The lady at the front desk doesn't understand what "one party consent state" means when it comes to recording her for my safety after she denies giving me my deposit. She like the crazy girls you meet in elementary school except she never grew up. Horrid business practices with a horrid, ugly woman at the counter."

"Please go literally anywhere else but this place. Full disclaimer, I've never stayed at this location and I never will due to the terrible treatment of patrons by staff members on a power trip. However, I will absolutely leave a review, in the hopes that people avoid a place like this. The sheer number of reviews by guests stating that this location tries to swindle people out of their security deposits with false claims of damage is bad enough, but the responses from the owner (or whomever runs their Google page) are nasty and combative, which says a lot about the kind of establishment it really is. If this is how they'll treat guests, wouldn't you want to stay somewhere else, rather than be berated by a mean-spirited bully who peaked in high school?"

"I have never had a dollar if my deposit taken. Ever. Until staying here. I am traveling constantly, so staying in hotels is a normal part of my life. Bad hotel service happens from time to time and I’ve always just brushed it off and moved on. It’s never been important to me, until staying here. The service at this hotel is so bad and disrespectful that I have to let my experience be known and hopefully it deters others from staying here and falling victim to what they’re doing. The people that run this hotel are thieves. They will find a reason to take your security deposit and then make you sign a document stating you received it or they’ll have you removed by security and 86’d from the property. I checked in with my two two-month old puppies. I noticed that right there on the counter it clearly said no pets, so I was walking out to find a place that was pet friendly when the lady at the desk stopped me nicely and reassured that it was a mistake and they do actually allow pets as long as I pay a 35 dollar pet fee. I thought that was odd, but I was exhausted and I just wanted to sleep. I agreed, paid the fee and finished checking in. The next day at checkout I was 45 minutes late because it took me longer than normal to pack my things. That is normal for me, as I have a medical issue that slows me down sometimes. Anyway, the lady who inspected my room was clearly looking for anything she could find to take my deposit and was unhappy that the room was cleaner than when I checked in. She finally cleared me and I went and turned in my key and tried getting back my 100 dollar bill I gave them for deposit. There was a new lady at the front desk now, and she immediately scolded me for being 45minutes late and said it was going to cost me half of my deposit. I thought maybe she had a tasteless sense of humor or something and was just joking, until she started saying I snuck in a second dog when nobody was looking and she’s taking 35 more dollars for that. THE LADY WHO CHECKED ME IN SAW I HAD TWO PUPPIES AND SAID IT WAS A ONE TIME FEE NOT PER DOG. I had both of them with me when I checked in. They have no real pet policy, they could just make anything up they wanted. They did and charged me 35 more bucks. I was now only getting $15 out of my $100 deposit. Then they told me to sign a paper and I saw it was a document stating I received my security deposit in full. LOL! I’m serious. I had to get back on the road so I regrettably signed and wrote in big capital letters BUL****T under my signature, because that is exactly what it was. The lady saw it and freaked out and started screaming SECURITY!!! SECURITY!!! To have me removed from the premises. I intervened and asked to speak with a manager and to at least give me back the $15 of the deposit they said was owed to me. She told me NOPE and wouldn’t even look at me. I was like ur really keeping me from seeing a manager? She replied with the only way I was getting the $15 back is if I come back the next week by appointment only. I asked again to see a manager, and again and she said that I don’t get to speak to a manager, and accused me of assaulting her… I guess writing BS on a piece of paper is the definition of assault, at least at this hotel it is. I asked one last time to at least get a number I can call to report the incident to a manager and was denied a third time. I ended up just leaving before things got even worse than they already were. I’ve never in my life had a worse customer service. It was appalling. This business should be shut down and some of the staff should be in jail. Larceny, slander, and false accusations. That is exactly what is going on at this establishment and I can clearly see by reading the reviews that it is happening every single day at that location."

"So I booked a room here and we arrived from out of state and they told me I had to come back the next day at 5 pm. So what me and my son were supposed to just sleep in the car. I do not recommend staying here. Very shady business practices. Plus I’m still having to pay that first night even though they rejected checking us in."

"Left an honest review and was threatened by the owner with filing charges against me with the police. Guess how that’s their style of hospitality and guest service. Now waiting for the “we have no record of your stay” claim like everyone else. I have a record of my stay - I guess they don’t keep records now."
