"I’ve been here a little over one month and I couldn’t be more happy! I love my apartment and the beautiful walking paths and amenities offered here. Everything is so well maintained from the grass to the overall cleanliness of the complex. I’ve spoken to at least 4 of the office staff and they’ve been so kind and helpful each time I’ve called or gone in and answered any of my questions. The ladies here are amazing! Very excited to call this place home :)"

"****DO NOT LIVE HERE*** I am so completely furious with this complex. It has been nothing but issues from day 1!! Literally day one when I came to get my key, the apartment that I signed the lease for wasn't completed so I had to change apartments and change my furniture delivery and power all on the fly. Then we have the multiple maintenance issues that I submitted tickets on that get marked completed yet not a soul ever entered my apartment to fix. In fact I still do not have a single striker plate on any door frame. Or how about having no air conditioning in the summer and I call the emergency maintenance number to never receive a call back, or the water heater leaking and calling the emergency maintenance number to never hear back and I have to call the office to make sure they get over there before something bad happens. I also have to call to get updates on what the hell is going on. How about being told that I would get a washer and dryer within a few months of moving in and then told August 9th then September. I have an email from the office saying that she was given the wrong information at the time. Yet not a single time has anyone EVER communicated with me that things were delayed. Here I am paying for the upgraded unit and only get a washer and dryer for 4 months of my lease. How about the toilet issue. I had to go 4 days WITHOUT A TOILET IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT!! I called the office multiple times on a Saturday and was told that they will have someone over yet not a SOUL showed up. Had to drive to stores to use restrooms!!!!!! Then that Sunday I call the office multiple times until someone picks up and then I am told that they are only working on emergencies. HOW IS THIS NOT AN EMERGENCY!!! They then say they will send someone after I get angry about not having a toilet. I talk to them through the ring camera and they go inside and 3 minutes later leave. Not communicating anything to me. I arrive home to find I have no working toilet again. I then have to call the corporate number to get something done about my toilet. I then receive a call from Carly saying that it will be a day or two to get parts in and that I could use a restroom in an open unit. I am a single female and will not walk around this complex at night. Or how about the time that I got locked inside the mailroom!!! Lastly this is unbelievable. I do my part and lock up my pet in the bathroom as they will need access to the whole apartment to change the windows and door. Okay sounds good. I see them go in and out a few times. Then from 10am until after 1pm they leave my door wide open for anyone to walk into my apartment. There was not a person in my apartment. So I called the office to see if they could lock it. He calls me back and tells me that it is locked. Wonderful. But wait I arrive home insert my key to find that the lock is not locked but why won't the door open? Oh they locked the top security lock!!!!!!!! I then have to call the office multiple times for anyone to pick up. It takes multiple phone calls to get someone over to get me into my apartment. My pet has now been locked in the bathroom for over 12 hours. It then takes 3 maintenance men 45 minutes to cut out the lock and get the lock open. Now I go inside and see that the back of the door is scratched from where they were using a tool to unlock the lock. The area is not safe. Homeless everywhere, always hearing gun shots. Lastly the week before I am moving out I get a notification on my ring camera that someone is at my door. I pull it up and see someone putting a key into my door and beginning to enter WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR A NOTICE FROM THE OFFICE. This is highly illegal. I even have it recorded that the guy was trying to install the screen door and the office just gave him the key!!! Yup just gave him the key and he was about to enter my apartment without my knowledge."

"You'll regret living here and dealing with people in the office who are very unprofessional. Make sure you add $250 plus into your base rent( no jokes), they have high hidden fees! We even pay for our parking spot.!!! A lot of reviews are complaining about these hidden fees!! ****Roaches has been a huge issue as well!!!Again read those reviews about roaches. If you choose to rent here make sure they don't put you into a building or apartment that have or will have renovation because your apartment will be infested with roaches. Plus they do all the renovations while you there and your furnitures, dust everywhere, you will be sneezingfor days even sick...**** ***Cars get broken into a lot !!*** ***They don't cover or clean before they leave during renovations. Those pic are from my apartment complex, it was left like this! I took those pic at night when i got home. They are supposed to clean and cover their work area before they leave and clean the work area after the construction are completed. In the pic where you see 1+1, it's to show you guys how much dust are in my apartment because of these construction!**** -If you ask them to broke the lease due to these issues, they will charge you 2.5 times your rent. -If you ask to move into another apartment because of these construction or roaches, they will charge you $250 for deposit even if you were an actual resident! They just want your Signature on the lease form. Can't wait to move out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, as soon as you sign the lease, it's over.. you're trapped *****Before you decide to rent here, drive around the apartment and talk to some residents to get a good idea of what you're putting yourself in to.****"

"I would highly recommend people do not move into this place. Since it's been bought out and changed to reveal the office staff are the worst I have never met so many rude and uncaring individuals in a apartment style living. They are constantly remodeling which could be nice you think however there is constant noise, constant being told you need to remove your kids and animals from your paid apartment so they can do something in your apartment however getting them to fix anything that is wrong with your unit forget about it. You will have to complain about it for a few years and go to the office to talk to their rude staff daily and of course you will run out of give a ***** before they will and still nothing gets fixed. They came to installs washers and dryers sounds awesome however they leave a giant mess and disturb your life for a entire week and a half and then a month later decide they want to remove the carpet and add tile in the laundry room. Which should of been done the first time around instead they are going to come back in for another week to get that done. Since the beginning of the year they have continuously entered my apartment or requested everyone out 6 times. The water is constantly needing repair so sometimes you will come home from work and not have water cause they don't always notify you in advance. The crime level has gotten higher and yes as this is not the fault of the complex they don't price according to the ghetto that your place has now turned into. You will pay luxury prices for living in the ghetto. If you dress poop up it's still poop. I could go on however I highly highly recommend you find a better place to live. If you want queit don't try hear don't believe me pick a night of the week and just drive through and hear for your selves no worries the gate will be open if not both of them"
