"This was our first stay at Sheraton White Horse Pass and it was amazing! The staff from those who checked us in, served our food and cleaned our room were friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome! The pools were great! Our rooms were impeccably clean. The only downside was location. It was a distance from surrounding towns and restaurants. If you like to gamble, the casino down the road was fun and we felt it paid out well! We would, without a doubt stay there again!"

"This was our first non Disney family trip. We decided to spend our spring break here and so happy that we did. This place is an absolute desert oasis. The staff at check in were such wonderful people along with everyone we encountered. The one part of the staff that stood out from the rest were the house keeping staff. These people are exceptional in every way possible. Every hallway encounter with these folks just made our day better! The room each day was perfect. I did an online search of the best family resorts in the Phoenix area and this resorts never appeared on any search results. I stumbled upon this place on the Sheraton site and very thankful I did. We honestly cannot wait to return. The pics say it all, this place is so perfectly picturesque it’s very hard to leave and impossible not to come back. If you need relaxation then this is the place."

"What a lovely resort outside of Phoenix. Tranquil, scenic and comfortable. Just what we needed for a relaxing few days. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area with friendly service. At check in the front desk was very nice. Our room and bed were comfy. Nice resort to unwind. We will be back."

"Property well kept. Cook "didn't show up" one day, so limited menu at pool restaurant. Check-in ladies needed to be more welcoming. Breakfast was great. Madeline, the receptionist, was inviting. Jacob, the waiter was amazing!! Very pleasant and personable - thank you. Signature enchiladas breakfast was delicious! Thank you also for the acknowledgment of our titanium status. HOWEVER, the next breakfast, we had Alex, who was not warm at all! Rooms clean - thank you, housekeeping. Nice resort - dark, but nice. Location is a little lonely but relaxing."

"We chose this resort for a week vacation and enjoyed the location. Very quiet and off the beaten path, yet close to enough to the city of Phoenix for some adventures. I gave the room 3 out of 5 due to the size... for what we paid and staying for week at a resort versus a regular hotel room, the size was quite small. With 4 of us (2 adults and 2 older teenagers) it felt cramped at times. The service was OK, but I had to walk down twice during our stay for items that should have been restocked by housekeeping. We did all notice the pillows were too soft, but after running into Ryan (a mgr in the hallway) and asking for firmer pillows, more pillows were delivered quickly. The pool was fabulous and we loved that it was heated. I enjoyed the fire pit many nights during our stay and we also enjoyed the large chess board outside. The grounds were well kept and the view is wonderful! Overall an enjoyable stay... but would have been better without the extra resort fee $$$ we had to pay upon checkout."
