"I wasn’t expecting much from a 2 star hotel, but Red roof in should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this place. The room was absolutely filled with black mold—in the bathroom from the leaking shower, and crawling up the wall between the a/c and the door. The floors were dirty and warped, probably due to the mold growing throughout the hotel. The bed was essentially a cot, the sheets were dirty. The room had obviously been broken into previously and poorly repaired. The room next door had a 4x4 pile of trash outside when we checked in, and it was still there when we left in the morning. Years and years of neglect. Armed security in the parking lot didn’t put me at ease. I would’ve left if I had had any other option. No one should pay for this experience—let alone more than $100 for the experience of getting sick from exposure to toxic mold. I don’t know where the revenue from this hotel is going—certainly not towards upkeep."

"First and foremost we have called this place home for a few months now so I feel like this should help a lot of people get a real view of this place. Julie is awesome she has made so many accommodations due to my daughter's condition. I cant say enough about her staff Sherry and Kristen are always on it with any needs possible fresh linen and all. As well as Martha who is an amazing housekeeper and always helps with anything extra we may need. Thank you so much to the staff and I would encourage anyone to stay and see how great they are. Thank you so much for helping my family!!!!"

"Absolute nightmare. The manager here should be fired, and the front desk "helpers" were all beyond useless except for the nice lady who checked us in on Saturday. Keep in mind the manager refuses to offer a refund due to her front desk workers not recording any of my complaints. I was told I could not talk to a manager until Tuesday, and now the manager tells me her workers should have called her??? NOT MY FAULT. Couldn't check in until 6pm due to them not staffing correctly. Floors were disgusting and our white socks were black in 5 minutes. Shower was dripping and annoying. Got back at 3am to shower after an event, the shower was cold. I requested a shower fix in the AM, the maintenance guy made the shower scolding hot only. I again requested a fix, they did not give me a shower until 6pm. Our event was at 6pm so we missed half of it. Also, we were told to shower in a DIRTY room. We received ZERO apologies throughout this entire experience. The negligence of the front desk workers and the manager's complete lack of care for customer satisfaction means you should not go here. Again, in addition to being told that HER WORKERS should have called her, she also told me that "there are no complaints written down." I was in there 6 times with complaints- you need to learn how to manage a business and how to train your employees. Unreal experience. Avoid at all costs."

"My stay here was horrible. I checked in on Thursday and left on Wednesday. I was in 3 different rooms during that short stay. The first room when I walked in was very dirty. I used sanitizing wipes on the flat surfaces and they were FILTHY. I wiped down and sprayed air purifier. About an hour later I walked into the bathroom and the ceiling above the shower was bulging very badly as if it was about to cave in. I went to the office to get a new room and once in assigned a new room, the lady at the office laughs and says "Hopefully you're next ceiling doesn't do the same thing".. Once in the new room, there was the same issue with lack of cleanliness. Did the full nine with cleaning again... I was in this room until Sunday. On Sunday the office lady comes to my room and says I need to move so they can do a roach treatment. When I asked when, she said "now". Absolutely no notice. When I asked why this wasn't told to me at check-in, she said she sent out notices on Monday... I checked in Thursday. && when I brought up that point she didn't care. So my new room was again the same issue with the cleanliness, but it was roach treated at least... I guess. And worst part of all I was harassed multiple times by other guests. Being Cat Called from their cars as I'm walking to mine multiple times by the same men. And one man (not even sure if he was an actual guest) watched me get out of my car and go to my room. I was suspicious so I opened the blinds fully so I could see if he was doing anything... He had gotten out of his car and was walking around my car and I just stared at him through my window so he knew I saw what he was doing. He waves at me and goes to his car which wasn't far from mine. I closed the blinds slightly so I could still see out but he couldn't see that I was watching. A couple of minutes later he knocks on my door and I crack it open with my foot and something heavy behind the door and he says "What are you doing later"... It was just really weird. I ended up grabbing my wallet and keys and just going somewhere else for about 2 hours hoping he wouldn't be there when I came back... This place is dirty and will more than likely make you feel really unsafe."
