"The rooms were infested with bugs, even on the bed. There was a terrible moldy odor in the room that was so bad I had to keep my air conditioner on full cold to mask the smell. The smell of drugs being smoked in the other rooms and the homeless around the hotel did not make us feel safe. This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in."

"This place is DISGUSTING!!! We stayed 4 days, because we had no other choice. It was SO gross, we didn't even leave our shoes on the floor! We never saw a maid, and it all made sense. The front desk clerk was on property for an hour on Thursday. From then on out to Sunday afternoon, the gate was down, and nobody was there. The floors were so filthy, they destroyed our socks in minutes. The tub didn't drain when we took our showers, and I had to clean the tub, on my own, before anyone showered. There was no toilet paper. We had to buy our own. We had a double bed... Which looked like people slept in them and they just made the bed with the dirty linens. The covers used to be white. They still kept a cover that looked like straight diarrhea was on it. The other had nail polish all over it. The floors were unswept with visible hair, trash, and dirt... Just out in the open. The walls were so gross that they need to be painted. There is no amount of cleaning that will save them. This place doesn't even deserve the single star Google requires us to give. Every single morning and night, my partner and I had something to go "ewe" or eghhh" about. This place is a straight up crack house. . Every time we think or speak about it, our faces cringe and we have an automatic ewe reaction. Photos included, and don't do justice. . Extend your stay, far far away from this place."

"This has got to be the WORST place to book a room. Do NOT do it. The hotel SMELLS. There are homeless inside and outside. The rooms were not even cleaned and the rug looked like people have urinated on it, or even been murdered on. We preferred to sleep in our car. We called to get a refund and they said no. We’re losing out on $300, but we will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They have only gotten away with this because most people won’t take the extra step to get this issue noticed. Don’t book here even if you’re desperate; it’s like a place you see in horror movies. This place is a scheme to take your money. By the time you notice how run down the place is, it’s too late."

"UPDATE After the lovely response from the manager to my review. The manager of this hotel proceeded to steal my Deceased husband's Jeep. It is now nowhere to be found. Not only does this hotel seem to be extremely unprofessional it also seems to be very unsafe. If you value the life of yourself and your loved ones I would never stay in this hotel. This experience has caused extreme trauma for myself and my son and we will be taking legal action. If I could give 0 stars I would my husband recently passed away in this hotel. He was staying there for work. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks talking to the manager to get his belongings. As well as his vehicle and they will give me absolutely no information and are holding his Personal belongings. I have sent them all the documents and proof that I am his wife. His employer is there ready to pick up his belongings and they are still holding them even though I have told them to release them to him. This is theft and is creating extreme trauma for me and his son. I am extremely upset that my husband passed away in a place like this that has such unprofessionalism and Absolutely no compassion For what we are going through."

"I had stay at this location for 2 weeks, the service and the ladies in customer service were amazing, especially Laurie the lady that works night shifts and the pregnant lady that works mornings they are both amazing people. They go above and beyond for me during my time there. But my only issue is that i killed two roaches in my room and the room phone wasn’t working at all. But my staying and experience was amazing and would love to book there in the next future."
