"Room was alright, front desk staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast provided was about average. For the price (and probably was raised for events this weekend), was not worth it. Shower head was not working properly and sink water and pressure was not good (like a slow trickle)"

"Very nice Hampton Inn. Nice Breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and very quiet. Only issue was all the build in USB ports (all 8 in the room) were broken (pushed in). But outlets all work just need your own box. The bed was comfortable to me. 6 ft 230 lb. man. My wife found it a little firm. Black Canyon is beautiful area. But the I-17 construction north of hotel and all the truck traffic make the road a little sketchy. Slow down and enjoy the scenery."

"As a preface…I travel for a living. This hotel was substandard in every way you could imagine. Our first room the toilet overflowed, the air condition was so loud you couldn’t sleep and you could hear the next room over when they flushed the toilet. The second room was a little better however the sink was stopped up. The lady at the front desk was beyond rude and seemed bothered. This is a shame as our work block had 23 rooms…you would think the service would have been slightly better. The only saving grace was the lady who worked the breakfast area. She was great but the food was horrible. I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommend anyone else does. Recent reviews also confirm the experience I had."

"Motel was clean and very quiet during our stay. Room was an ADA room the handheld shower had very little pressure, I did not bother telling the front desk. The pool and the hot tub were very clean and had a lift to assist ADA people getting in and out of the pool. The breakfast was very good both mornings we were there. I would definitely stay at this Motel again."
