He takes great care to maintain and improve the buildings. The buildings are older, though renovated well. The location is excellent for walking to CWE or BJC. It was very nice to have water, trash, and cable/internet included!"

"This is a great place to live if you are looking to move to Central West End. The property manager are amazing and responsive all the time. The price for the apartment is super reasonable. We loved the fact that the complex always looks neat and clean. The size of the apartment is perfect and appliances are great and reliable (the kitchen has stainless steal appliances). Apartments are fully renovated. Free Wifi, no water charges (as in other places), no trash fees, free cable. John is great a landlord!"

"I’ve loved living here. The apartment is very beautiful and quite. The walls are thick and I can’t hear my neighbors at all. Stainless steel appliances are amazing and reliable. The property managers are always responsive to the few requests I’ve needed to make and they keep the courtyard looking beautiful and decorated all year long. I would recommend this location to anyone moving to the Central West End looking for a fair price. Free cable, WiFi, and parking! Just a short walk away from Forest Park and a Chick Fil A."

"Looked at property, unfortunately, before even setting foot in the door, all you notice is the amount of litter around the outside of property. I am sure it is not the owner's / renter's trash, but still the responsibility of the property to manage and keep the inside, as well as, outside maintained and clean."
