"The hotel lobby is nice, but the room was so dated. I reserved the Executive suite on the 5th floor room 550, and the cost of the room doesnt match what you think you would be getting. The bathroom is...well just look at the pictures. The couch had stains on it. I put a sheet from off the bed and laid it on the couch before i sat down. My room was facing the hilton hotel and i could see my car parked right out front, but all i heard all night was cars speeding down the street, (as if they were racing) so i was constantly looking out the window to make sure my car hadn't been hit. I definitely WONT be back."
"This hotel brands itself as luxury 4 star hotel and it’s far from it. The lobby is beautiful and it’s in a great location those are the only pros. Now to the cons, as many others have said the parking lot was always sold out during my 3 night stay. I was charged $48+ tax for the valet. The hotel staff don’t give out any details about the hotel when checking in so as many other guest I took the wrong elevator. The room is very VERY outdated. The blinds didn’t work. I had two sinks in my room and they were clogged. There was rust on the shower and the water pressure was so low that it was really hard to use the shower head setting because the water only flowed in the shower faucet. The water temperature was always mild, never warm. There was also a lot of dust in the carpet. The bed didn’t have a bed cover which is nasty. I ended up having breakfast at the buffet and it was also a horrible experience in a very expensive “restaurant”. The glasses on my table were really dirty and stained. They were not washed at all. Same with the cutlery. Food was really cold and bland. And employee from the kitchen and a staff from the restaurant started arguing while I was grabbing my food. It was a heated discussion and the restaurant staff mentioned something like “you know we’ve talked about not doing this in front of costumers” and that’s when you know that was not the first time. I spent almost $700 dollars for 3 nights and it was far from a great stay at the hotel. First time staying at a Hyatt and definitely the last one."
"Well priced rooms in a great location. The rooms are outdated and the service at the end of our stay was quite disappointing. After checking out, we confirmed with reception we could keep our car in the parking garage until later that evening. They advised to click the help button on our way out and if needed show proof of payment for the parking we had already paid for. We did exactly this but after a 15 minute ordeal were charged $36 for one hour. Don’t be scammed by this! It would be greatly appreciated if management could consider this for guests moving forward."
"What a great spot, 2 minute walk to The Gateway Arch. A lot of rooms have a view of the arch and you can watch the sunrise come right over it. It’s a spectacular sight. Stayed here a few nights and it was a great experience, service is good and there’s several dining options right in the hotel."
"We stay here every year. The place is very clean and the staff has been nice. Added bonus is parking underground, which helps keep your car safe in the city. It’s a little more expensive than other places, but keeping your car safe during night is worth it to me. The rooms with views of the arch are nice. It’s nice to see the arch and river. It’s close to the arch, so you can walk in the park easily. Good security. Feels safer than other hotels in the area."
