Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel 9801 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO 63134

"Very nice hotel located right by the airport and there nothing much around. It good if you just want to stay overnight so you xan catch flight but if you are looking for something to do then there are nothing around. The room are nice, bed and pillow are comfortable and they have a nice fitness center . I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because the front desk guy who work on evening shift on March 1st are rude and not friendly during check in. He couldnt located our reservation until friendly female front desk come up and able to located our reservation and check us in. . The guy need to be train how to be friendly and smile more or else he shouldnt check people in if he not a people person."

"As always, Marriott does not disappoint. I stayed here for a week long work event and brought my wife along with me. During our stay our room fridge stopped working and some of our strawberries got mushy :( however, within 20 minutes of informing the staff, a replacement fridge was brought up to our room and shortly afterwards, we received a call from a manager who was able to get us some fresh strawberries to replaced the spoiled ones! Now that is above and beyond! In addition to this, I forgot my phone on the shuttle on my way to the airport in the morning and the driver was able to swing back by the airport and return it to me. Outstanding attention to detail by the driver. Sorry I didn’t catch your name but you more who you are! The hotel itself is a little dated but the staff more than makes up for it with their service!"

"Quick trip to STL for work and extremely disappointed with this hotel. After a 12 hour work day came back to hotel to find the room had not been cleaned and AC was not working. Additionally, when I checked in to the room both single serve bottles of lotion were previously opened and used. Zero attention to detail. Would not recommend."

"Attended conference at hotel. The first evening at least 6 cars of fellow conference attendees were broken into. (Breaking windows). Police said it happens all the time at this location. Hotel staff were indignant/unsympathetic and said it was not their problem. They said there are no security cameras. I decided to forgo staying there the second night, losing the price I paid for the hotel. I moved to a safer hotel location with secure parking. DON’T USE THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE DRIVING YOUR CAR!!!"

"Received superior service from the front desk staff to the Club Lounge liaison; we were treated excellent. The Club Lounge was well appointed and a great place to relax. The restraunt was top notch. The room was nice. Nothing luxury or upscale as used to with Marriott properties, but nice. We were in a top floor king. Nice restroom, sufficient furnishings. The bed was horrible. It was lumpy, bumpy, springy and had no support. That alone made for a not so restful evening. If you're looking for location, it's definitely convenient to the airport. If you're looking for for a good night's sleep, I could not recommend."
