"Very unhappy with our stay! We’ve traveled for over 24 hours from Europe back stateside. Arrived at the Hilton approximately on or about 9pm. Immediately after our room was assigned we exited the elevator on the 8th floor and the smell of cigarette smoke welcomed us. Upon our nightly routine, there was no HOT water. I called the front desk twice with no answer around 9:30pm. There was HOT water in the morning but of course, after our use the shower drain was clogged. My last concern is, working in force protection and security I noticed the door of my assigned room seemed weak, and as if it didn’t fit well. Ironically when I went to check it too secure it in the morning of 06 MAR approximately 7:51 A.M there was a gentleman at my door claiming he was reprogramming the door lock/system. He was in fact in a hotel uniform but nonetheless couldn’t this have happened after my spouse and I checked out? If the reviewed allowed me too, I’d post pictures."
"We got to the hotel, and had to maneuver around all of the work being done. That wasn't a big deal, but when we got there, the room was beyond disappointing. The bed was nice and clean and the mattress looked new, but the lamp on the table didn't work at all and the floor didn't look fully vacuumed. However, it was the bathroom that was the true disappointment. There was MOLD in the bathroom, and it looked like the ceiling was peeling from recent and frequent water leaks. The hallways on our floor (the 3rd floor) also smelled a bit like sewage when you step out of the elevators. The best interaction we had with the hotel was with the shuttle drivers, and they technically aren't with the hotel! I will NEVER stay there again, that's for sure."
"This hotel needs some updating but I think they are starting to do that. The pictures are mostly accurate at the time of my review but the fitness room is much brighter now with lighter colors. My room was comfortable but the crack in the door was a lot. You can always tell if a hotel is aged by the bathrooms first. Mine had some paint peeling and a little rust around light fixtures. nothing major but def showing it’s aged. Other than that the place is great, the restaurant was pricey but good. My biggest compliment goes to Asme! The night supervisor. I am a supervisor myself and the old 1/3 of your workforce will do 2/3rds of the work. Well, she is part of your 1/3rd. I won’t go into all the details but after American Airlines gave me a bad day she saved the day and got my missing hotel voucher they supposedly sent and refunded me my money I spent to stay. Other than that. If you have an early flight don’t worry about being there 2 hours early. The shuttle from the hotel runs every 30min and it’s less than a 10 min ride to the airport."
"I’m very unhappy with my stay. The cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. Just to list a few things…. -bath towels and linens appeared to be stained and in need of replacement. -room door itself did not feel safe as it was difficult to fully secure. -stains on the couch and throughout the carpet. -window shades were ripped in multiple places. -no hot water in the morning, even after letting it run for 20mins. One elevator out of three were in operation for 2 towers and 9 floors. I’m a loyal Hilton traveler and I have to say this hotel does not represent the brand in a good way."
"When I arrived at the hotel, I was unable to use the digital key on my phone to access the parking. I had to use a credit card to enter the parking, but didn't have to use my card to exit (as the kiosk said I would), so I am hoping I won't be charged twice for parking. The hotel was a maze with unclear signage. One of the elevators wasn't working and the digital key on the app said the working elevator was unlocked, but the call buttons wouldn't light up. I ended up taking the steps to my 7th floor room. The room was nicely decorated, but not very clean. The chair had something that had spilled on it and it looked like no effort was made to clean it. The floor felt dirty and there was garbage on the ground behind the night stand and the desk. The toilet had a piece of toilet paper in it. The bed was comfortable and it had great pillows. I slept well. Although it was near the airport, I didn't hear any planes during my stay - either not on the flight path or good sound-proofing."
