"It's hard to get ahold of the property manager. I have people from financial company's and people who are willing to rent pulling up asking me how they can get ahold of the property manager. their never in the office. They want to collect peoples rent, but don't want to fix the place. The place is running down hill like literally. If you go behind 2807 the swore is collapsing in, there is leaves and branch's on the telephone wires. If you ask me that's a cause of fire hazard. I've had a man tell me that his bathroom toilet was leaking so bad that he felt that the toilet would cave in, and called the property manager and didn't get an answer, and he left a voice mail and didn't receive a call back he continuously had to call. The place is out dated and in need of refurbishment. Oh and another thing is they barely refurbish an apartment after a client leaves."

"I personally have not lived in these apartments however I drive by them every day and from the looks of them on the outside I would not pay a dime to live there. Very trashy looking on the outside."
