"Shenandoah Gardens is one of the worst complexes you can reside in. The units are outdated, falling apart, and poorly upkept. Doors are painted shut, very poorly insulated etc. The management is absent. There are often fights in the parking lot, and dangerous dogs that have tried too, and successfully attacked the tennents and their kids. The grounds are messy and consistently littered with trash and animal waste. For your safety and sanity, do not live here."
