"Historic, great location, great staff, great amenities. First off, thank you and shoutout to Maya for their exceptional customer service. Room was nice and spacious, bed was comfy. You can tell this this a popular hotel for people to stay at, but that’s not a bad thing. The pool and breakfast was great. Thank you, and would recommend!"

"You know how every hotel you’ve ever been in has a recirculating pump so you don’t have to wait forever for hot water? Apparently that’s not a thing here, the hot water takes forever. Specifically, six minutes of running the hot faucet till it starts warming up. Front desk sent a guy up, he just let it run till it was hot. I’m adding a star back, the hot water situation is ridiculous but otherwise it was a nice place to stay."

"We enjoyed the stay here. Our room was lovely with an amazing view! The customer service was great. The only issue we had was that we had to run the water for 20 minutes, or so, before it would get hot. We had to run the tub and the sink water or it would take longer. It was such a waste of water. Even after it was “fixed” it still took a very long time to heat up. This didn’t ruin our stay though."
