"The staff is amazing!!!!! They are very supportive, friendly, efficient, and kind. The rooms were great. The conference room was spacious, the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Easy transport to and from the airport. I would totally recommend anyone staying here."

"We stayed here on our way to the airport and were very happy with our room. It was clean and comfortable and the shuttle to the airport ran 24 hours which is exactly what we needed. The staff was great. My only complaint would be that because it was so close to the airport and to railroad tracks, there was a bit of ambient noise during the night but not so bad that I couldn't sleep. I would definitely stay here again."

"I really want to compliment the restaurant staff I encountered during our 4 night stay at this location. I was blown away by how friendly our first encounter was with John at breakfast. He made my daughter laugh, was engaging, and brought me coffee to go. Then over the weekend we were continued to be impressed with Jaime, Johnathon, Alexis, and Jacki. They were friendly, brought refills without being asked, patient, and were so kind. I can only imagine the range of people you meet when being overworked in customer service with a transient crowd. And all we experienced were smiles. I truly want to give them all huge compliments! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. A little kindness truly goes a long way."

"As a repeat business customer, the Holiday Inn Portland Airport offers me convenience, quiet, and friendly service. I work 13 hour days and it’s a joy to come back to the hotel to enjoy one of Jacki’s spectacular cocktails and a hot meal. The bar has a nice relaxed vibe, thanks to Jacki. Some of the hotel is dated and the room decor a little dark, , but you can tell they’ve been making thoughtful improvements and it’s always clean. Their staff is their strength! I’ll always come back."

"All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Everything was really expensive, but it is everywhere. The food in the restaurant was very good, mac and cheese with pulled pork was fantastic! We all felt very welcome. Jacki in the restaurant/bar was amazing. Overall we are all very happy with our stay."
