Aloft Portland Airport at Cascade Station

"My Car was broken into. The only thing I had visible was a blanket in the back seat. I get it happens but management never even made a courtesy call or made any effort to contact me after I reported it. Rooms were weirdly set up and felt cluttered. Lighting was Dim and there wasn't even a microwave in the room. There was however a fridge that was conveniently placed under the bathroom sink? You cant open the shower door without it getting the floor soaking wet and there's no where in the shower to put personal items other than the floor. There was a guy at the desk who wouldn't smile or even look at you as you walked in. The planes and Ice machine woke me up every hour or so. Probably the worst overall experience I've ever had with a hotel and that was all before my window was smashed over a blanket. I will not be back and have already suggested my company stop booking rooms here."

"Impromptu stay due to a pending snow storm, had to be close to PDX to make sure I was able to get to the airport. Parking was easy and available. Front desk agent at check in was very friendly. Room was typical ALoft, clean, minimalistic and worked for a short overnight stay. Best benefit, park and ride feature with an airport shuttle ready on a moment’s notice. I went to the lobby at 3:30 in the morning on a Thursday, was at the airport entrance by 3:40 at my gate (TSA had a food day) by 3:55am. The fact their driver was waiting in the lobby to take any guest to the airport at anytime was a true luxury. In addition, upon my return, I called the hotel while in the C terminal. As I walked out to the pickup level, they were pulling up. No wait. What a convenience! And a nice staff too. Amazing, rarely found these days. I feel like I have my new “go to” for airport stays at PDX."

"Super cute! Conveniently located next to a grip of retail stores like Ikea bath and body Maurice’s Home Goods, Marshall’s, Barnes n noble. As well as, Red Robin, Panda, Crumble Cookie and so many more. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. My son loved the oversized games! It could use an update the back boards were out of date and prob a bad design for a backboard on a bed to begin with, but all in all this place was a nice place to stay and worth of money. My favorite part is it was pet friendly."

"Prime location near PDX and some shopping just across the street. Standard Marriott quality that I have grown to expect from their properties. The Aloft line has been a nice go too with it's minimalist style and atmosphere while typically less expensive when compared to other hotels in the same general area without sacrificing quality. Only downside was the room orientation with one window in the corner directly looking through the window at the elevators.. Kindo of startling looking out my window and see a random person waiting at the elevator and could see into my room and have full view of my bed."

"The staff and location is great, but the rooms are dingy and uncomfortable. You could hear everything rattling in the room and that + the air conditioner woke me up repeatedly. The AC never cooled the room to my desired temp. The lobby and bar were cool though."
