"I stayed here with my girlfriend during a vacation in late April 2023. I loved how comfortable the bed was. This is low-key the best hotel in which one can stay in Portland. I highly recommend it. We will utilize it again in late February."

"Great location right in the middle of downtown, across the street are about 10 food trucks and a gas station for beer. The only problem is like most motels the heavy use of chemicals to clean and deodorizer the room irritated my eyes and gave me a sour throat after sleeping in it with the window closed. Everything was clean the room looked nice for a $100 room. Even though it is downtown it felt safe and the area was not over run with homeless people."

"careful if using a debt card, the deposit might come out twice, but both will eventually be refunded. all of the hotel staff are wonderful people, rooms are great, as well as the price."

"Rooms weren't clean, had stains on the walls, dents on the corners and linens had hair and stains as well. Checking in was awful, they had technical issues on their end. Not customer friendly gentlemen at the front. Location is great, it's the only thing going for this motel."

"We were safe in an area I could have been worried about - location is great! Close to waterfront and Portland State University. CLEAN and comfortable. Good TV, good bathroom, nice beds. The manager was very friendly and was available when we needed him. This was a straightforward, simple room that provided exactly what we needed. The price was very reasonable. No noise was evident. I did not bring a car, and I did not need one."
