"Lived here from 2018-2020, month-to-month lease, stayed in a renovated 1-bedroom apartment with just myself and my wife and commuted to work 10 minutes away. Things are different now but at the time it cost us $1000 a month for rent, $15 a month for renters insurance, a $1000 security deposit (we got this returned when we left w/ 30 Day notice). During the time we lived here the management changed from a nice old couple to a nice lady. The transition seemed to be improving the place as the owners were dumping money into making this place look a lot better. We lived near the entrance and so noise was a major issue, so definitely avoid the apartments close to the road if you can. The appliances were nice, the carpet seemed new, and everything was clean. Management was typically fast to send Dan to repair various things that broke (water heater pipe leaked), and they were great to talk to! I think the noise from nearby neighbors, Division St., and cars going in and out are what made me give it 4/5 stars. Otherwise, not a bad apartment experience!"

"Horrible...... had mold since I moved in and I lived there for almost 5yrs. Water leaking from upstairs into my bathroom, they ran hot water to my toilets to make them stop sweating the temp in my toilet was 98° so my electric bill was outrageous even in the summer. Neighbors are horrible."
