"Just moved in on the 2nd the approval was fast I get my mail personally delivered by the landlord to my door. She is currently working on my keys. She is very sweet and gives me nice vibes and very communicative. Yes, my stove had went out two weeks after I moved in but also got fixed the next day which speaks volumes, so I had no problem writing a review after she asked me to because I have no complaints. And she worked with me through a lot of things so all the old bad reviews ignore those she’s improved a lot ps email her it’s way quicker response…"

"Visited for a tour of a 2 bed, the renovations are amazing for such a great price. Me & my husband drove around at night as the manager let me know that was okay & it was really quiet. The maintenance man was really nice, quite busy so seemed hard working. Excited to move in!"

"I've been out since November and just want to update my reveiw to say that however bad you think this place is, it's worse. During one of the instances if flooding (yes there were more than one) when there was a giant hole in my wall i pointed out how much mold was in the walls... and around the windowsills... and in every corner. She just looked right at me and said "no there isn't" and nothing was done. They don't fulfill any maintenance requests. They recently fired the manager, apparently for drug use, and the tenants who moved in after me (I know them well) asked fir a copy of their lease and the interim manager said they straight up LOST IT."

"Do not move here you won’t be able to get ahold of the manager half of the time. My last couple of months she allowed me to make partial payments and then said she could not except money orders that’s not in the full amount…I had the the money for the rent but still ended up getting a eviction notice on my door and had to go to court she told me to show the money orders and everything would be fine and it was not I still had to move. Then they told me I would not owe anything or have a eviction notice on my record if I moved all my stuff out in a week which I did and that still over charged me like $5000 for small damages that I don’t even add up to $120 dollars total. Oh and I forgot to add she will raise the rent for nothing."
